Alex Gerrard showed the world her love for Steven with a fashion statement instead. Alex stepped out in London yesterday with a customised BlackBerry with Steven's shirt number '4' embellished on the back in Swarovski crystals. The 27-year-old looked stunning in a nautical blue and white dress, Hermes Birkin bag and gladiator sandals as she celebrated England's victory against Slovenia in the World Cup.

Alex, whose Blackberry was especially made for her by Crystal Skins, was all smiles as she left the swish Mayfair Hotel, proudly showing off her BlackBerry to waiting photographers
