Jacko Leaves Behind £1billion Treasure Chest
New Michael Jackson dynamic panel
MICHAEL Jacksons family have unearthed a s1billion treasure trove secretly stored by the superstar in the years before his death.
The King of Pop hid an amazing collection of scores of classic cars, hundreds of watches, mountains of jewellery and piles of antiques despite being deep in debt.
He also hoarded hundreds of unreleased songs, old tape recordings, photographs and personal letters to US presidents and British royals including Princess Diana. The items have been stored in a gigantic warehouse the size of three aircraft hangars in the California hills.
They came to light as the world marked the first anniversary of the Thriller singers death at 50 and his mother Katherine released previously-unseen photos of the Jackson family including one of Michael gently holding a white dove.
The People has been shown photos of the inside of the warehouse, which is under 24-hour guard, and has agreed not to reveal its location. The contents are known only to the Jackson family and their advisers, who will decide on when and how to release them.
But experts are already predicting the hoard could be worth s1billion or even more, with the antiques alone being estimated at s100million.
The Aladdin's Cave also includes a collection of Disney souvenirs, original drawings from the 70-year-old Pinocchio film and highly-coveted first editions of the Harry Potter book.
